Join Tallahassee Magazine in celebrating the Capital City’s next “Top Salon” event with presenting sponsor Dr. Russell B. Rainey. This year, for the first time, the culminating Top Salon event, scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 20, will be held at The Moon. A cocktail hour at 6pm will be followed by the runway show at 7pm.
